Replacement vape glass: identify the fitted tank
Replacement vape glass must match the tank model and the particular version of its glass section. Record the complete model name and look for the manufacturer’s part reference or compatibility statement. Similar-looking tanks can use different glass heights and sealing surfaces. The device or mod name alone may not identify the tank mounted on it.
Compare the glass profile
Straight glass and bubble glass are different profiles, and advertised capacity alone does not establish a fit. Compare the manufacturer’s listed height, seating dimensions and supported tank revision. If there is uncertainty, ask the supplier to confirm compatibility before ordering. Do not use a cracked tank or treat a protective sleeve as a way to make broken glass usable.
Check seals and protection
Follow the tank manufacturer’s replacement instructions and inspect the matching seals while the tank is disassembled. Use the specified replacement seals rather than a visually similar ring. Once the correct glass is installed, measure its outside diameter if you want to add a VapeGuard sleeve.
