Vape bands: what a band covers
Vape bands are flexible rings fitted around a compatible tank. A narrow ring covers a strip of the surface, while a taller protective sleeve may cover more of the exposed glass. Look at the fitted coverage, not just the width of the band when it is lying flat. Openings can help you see the liquid level, but the fit must leave the tank controls accessible.
Measure before choosing
Check the widest outside diameter of the glass actually fitted to your tank, particularly if it has bubble glass. Straight and bubble replacement glass can produce different outside dimensions on the same model. Use the size range supplied by the accessory maker and do not assume that every stretchable band is universal. Avoid a fit that interferes with opening the tank or operating its airflow ring.
