Replacement vape glass: check, replace, protect
Replacement vape glass restores the tank; a protective sleeve adds cushioning around intact glass. These are separate jobs, and the order matters.

Get the right replacement first
Use the exact tank model, edition and capacity to identify a replacement. Similar-looking glass can differ in height, sealing surfaces and width. Follow the tank manufacturer’s fitting instructions.
A sleeve cannot repair damage
Do not use VapeGuard to hold cracked glass together or cover a leak. Replace damaged glass before using the tank again. Protection can help with some knocks, but it cannot guarantee that glass will never break.
Measure the new glass
Once suitable, intact glass is fitted, check its widest outside diameter. A replacement bubble glass can be wider than the part it replaced, so an earlier sleeve choice may no longer suit it.
Choose the cushioning layer
Compare your measurement with Standard 19–28 mm or Large 27–38 mm. The ranges overlap at 27–28 mm. Keep filling controls, airflow and operating parts clear when fitting the sleeve.
