This vape tank size guide starts with the glass in front of you. Measure its widest outside diameter, then compare the result with the two VapeGuard ranges.
1. Measure across the glass
With the tank cool and steady, use a ruler or calliper across the widest outside point. Take care not to press against fragile glass. The metal base and top cap are not the measurement you need.
2. Compare the two ranges
Large: 27–38 mm
For compatible wider glass measuring 27 to 38 mm at its widest point.

The sleeve should sit around the exposed glass while leaving airflow, filling controls and other operating parts clear. Different glass capacities and editions can change the fit.
